Entrevaux

An exceptional medieval town in a village listed as one of France’s 116 most beautiful villages in September 2023.

Let your imagination take you to this fortified town that has retained its charm of bygone days. Lose yourself in the winding streets that bear witness to bygone days. Don’t forget to climb up to the Citadelle d’Entrevaux, perched like a knight on his way back to the castle, for unbeatable views over the village and the valley!

La Palud sur Verdon

Situated between Castellane and Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, La Palud-sur-Verdon is one of three villages in the Gorges du Verdon: Rougon, La Palud-sur-Verdon and Aiguines.

Located in the heart of Europe’s largest canyon, a renowned spot for outdoor activities and a must for rock-climbers, it’s also the starting point for hikes in the Gorges du Verdon, whether viewed from the air or from the river.

Les 14 Belvédères dévoilent les falaises mythiques du Verdon et offrent des points de vue inoubliables du Grand Canyon. Sur ce circuit routier, en à peu près une heure, vous surplomberez le légendaire Verdon et découvrirez des points de vue incomparables comme la "Carelle","l'Escalès" ,"la Dent d'Aire" ou "Guègues"; jusqu'à 700m de vide sous les pieds... Vous découvrirez au fil de "votre échapée" la faune locale (vautours, chamois, ...), la flore, ainsi que les grimpeurs qui parcourent les falaises du canyon.
