The expression of Nice's hinterland terroir in a powerful, well-balanced natural wine. Emmie Van den Bulke took over the family vineyard in 2021.
At an altitude of 650 metres, on clay-limestone soil facing uphill, she works with two grape varieties, Marselan and Caladoc, to produce a fruity, spicy red wine with character.
Cuvées that are free of any inputs, with no other aim than to tell you about the pleasure of healthy drinking.
Cuvée 2021: La Relève
Native yeast vinification, no inputs, unsulphured, unfiltered, unfined wine (13.3°).

Access

  • Coming from Nice, turn left opposite Entrevaux and cross the parking lot on the left, past the post office and take the small bridge over the Chalvagne, past the wash-house towards Castellet Saint Cassien. After 7 hairpin bends, turn left towards "les Tuves". Go straight on, first on a tarmac road, then on a dirt track.
