The practice of postures will set in motion all the muscles and cells of your body. The sequence of postures will enable you to develop your grounding, strength, tone, flexibility and sense of proprioception. And it will always be the search for balance between effort and comfort (Sukha, in Sanskrit) that will guide our practice - in other words, the right effort, not the search for physical feats!
Whether you're a beginner or not, we're sure you'll find your way ... gently.
